i pay for dj pool and dj pro and it keep saying pay again what should i do

Both of your subscriptions look good, and you shouldnt get such a message.
Perhaps your computer cannot connect to our servers and cannot validate your license.
Do you see your licenses/subscriptions in LICENSES tab of VirtualDJ Settings ?
