Hi guys I hope you can help just over the last few weeks I have started virtual DJ 21 and I go to select a track plays absolutely fine but when I go to select another random track it crashes the program it carries on playing but everything freezers any help would be appreciated

When you say "go to select" you mean that you're loading the track to a deck?
The first track plays, but when you load a second track it freezes - always on the second track?
Are you loading it to the same deck? Are the tracks from your hard drive (internal? external?) or streamed (from which service)? Are they audio tracks or video? What format are they?
Are you using a controller? Which one?
Are you on Mac or PC? System details? VDJ build number?
