Offline play unavailable,connect to the internet and redownload file,Can someone please help me retrieve expired songs

So it's a Track downloaded/cached in the past, probably stored in Offline Cache folder and when you load to a Deck says some message, cant load and asks you to do something ?
Can you open one of those files with Tag Editor (right-click on the Track->Tag Editor) and post a screenshot here ?
