I recently acquired a Denon Prime 4 controller but seem to have an issue with the Master Volume output when connecting the unit via the VDJ app on my laptop. When I use it this way the master volume output is much softer than when using the controller in standalone mode.
Any idea why?

Not sure as I didn't mess around with that when I used other controllers with VDJ. What should it be set at? Where do I go to check this?

in VirtualDJ setttings, under options, just search zeroDB.
Default is zero.
