I'm honestly fed up, tired, bored, fed up, every time there is a virtual dj update, my RELOOP TOUCH controller stops working and it takes me hours to get it working again, this situation is really turning into crap, I need help, That they update the configuration information, because not even that works .. I am here if I can use my controller for this problem.

Dont see how a VirtualDJ update makes your controller to stop working. Nothing is changed there.
Please explain "stops working". Is it the audio, the controls (buttons, faders, knobs), the controller screen ?
