In your Account, i see you applied an Audio setup with Pioneer DJ DDJ_SB2 ASIO:0/0
0 means the ASIO could not initialize, probably because the sound card is used by another application. Normally this shouldn't matter for ASIO, but we've seen this with many Pioneer devices (ASIO driver is actually over shared WASAPI).
From Windows Sound - and with the SB2 connected - try to set your computer's built in sound card as default playback device, then try to open VirtualDJ again and apply the default Audio setup with Master & Headphones.
