Computer stopped working with controller and my other one works fine..

More detailed info needed. What computer? What controller?

What is your "other one"? A computer or a controller? Make? Model?

What exactly do you mean by "stopped working"? Did it crash, freeze, blow up...?
 
If you bought a new computer, or started using a new computer, you might have to install drivers for the hardware first..

What hardware are you using?
 
Is your computer plugged in to a power source?
