is it possible to bind a 2nd gfx file to the skin? Or use it like custom icons?
My plan: I will offer a way to intergrate an individual DJ Logo e.g. as a jogwheel picture without editing the basic png file

No.
Users will still have to edit the main png file of your skin.
What you can do, is to create "an empty box" inside your png file, where users will have to paste their logo inside.
