I have a problem with my bass fader on deck 1. I open the software VDJ 2021 and connect my controller (Numark Party mix) in the USB. The fader goes directly 100% open (full right) and I can't use my bass fader on the controller. I can only change it on the software, with the mouse. In the settings of the software, I have done a reset (in the menu Options). Can you help me please ? Since I used the controller the last time, there were no problems with it.

After I open the program, connect the Numark, the fader on the screen turns direct and automatic to the right. Is it possible that the bass fader is broken ? I have selected already a few EQ-modes, but it's still the same.

Its possible its broken...
Try blow out dirt and dust, that is often a cause of erratic faders... see if that helps.
If its just one fader at least.. If the rest works normally, it might indicate its broken (but try clean first)
Can also try rename settings.xml in the /documents/virtualdj/ folder and then start VirtualDJ
Just to rule out any strange setting you might have done, but unlikely.

you can't air clean a rotary potentiometer, it's a sealed component.
