My database keeps telling me I have 136 missing files. All from the same 2016 folder. The songs are not missing they all come up and work fine when I search. I have deleted them thru database clean up as well as individually removed from DB or did the relocate file which worked. They are not in any virtual folders. I do all database editing in VDJ. Its the same files every time. You will notice most of the songs are not even from 2016 and would not be in that folder.

These files are located in location <drive>:\Music\2016\2016 PC\...
This is a strange location but nothing hurts with that, specially with external devices
most likely they stay in another (not connected) drive or these entries are bad in the database
add the column "drive" to folder to verify. you can also see it within the tag editor
if remove missing from database can't fix try to rescan the 2016 folder

Try right-click your music folder and choose "Batch=> add to search database"
And after that, click the small dot to the left side of the browser (toolbar).
And there select to "remove missing files"
After that you should be all good ;-)
