Hi,
I think that before, I received a personal email (ex. to xxxx@yahoo.fr) when someone sent me a message to my inbox on the Virtual DJ website (https://www.virtualdj.com/user/action/mailbox.html) or when someone replied to a topic if I had previously activated the bell for that topic on the forum.
I verified my account, the notifications are on "Occasional Newsletter and Account Emails (Mode 2).
I checked the spam folder of my personal email.
I also tried to setup a new email address as the primary address in my account settings (before xxxx@yahoo.fr, new: xxxx@gmail.com).
Are messages from virtualdj.com still forwarded to personal emails?

Notifications are sent via email to your email address
Your above screenshots is for the personal messages between users logged in at the site ;-)

The email notification for the reply to this post have been received.
If I understand, there is no way to receive email notification for new personnal message on the VDJ website.
