The controller works again when i restart VDJ. It's not the same as if i simply unplug it. All controls (jog, pads etc) stop working and the Beat FX uses the hardware mode (volume faders, EQ don't work though).

This still crashes the DDJ-1000 in the most recent VDJ stable version.
