I just don't have the words anymore. will just share what I had put in the Facebook group.
Some of the conversations we had in the VirtualDJ forums were just epic. And some of the private messages were some of the best - he let me vent, had fatherly/mentor advice that serves me to this day, and had a sense of humor you just had to love.

he was very friendly and a lot of fun. yeah some of those exchanges in the forum way back when were fun. we were free range dj's on the forum back then.in 2010 and 2011 i found myself at the dj expo with him trying to sell vdj t-shirts at the vdj booth......he sold 8 for every 1 of mine of course. he was a friend to everybody and he knew how to have fun, he will be missed

I didn't know about Charley Pride. That went under the radar here in the UK. I see now it did get reported on the BBC site but I had to search for it.
