I just upgraded from a DDJ-SX to a DDJ-SX3 controller. On the SX, there are specific buttons for manually adjusting the beat grid. Those buttons don't exist on the SX3, so how do I manually adjust the grid on this controller? Thanks.

If you compare the two, you can see that the grid adjustment buttons have become key adjustment buttons.
If you don't need key adjustment buttons, just replace the mapping on those buttons with the old SX mapping.
Look at the original SX mapping, copy the code assigned to those buttons, and replace the SX3 code with the SX code.

If you decide to remap the buttons, then you'll need to remap the jogwheels as well.
Otherwise while you'll try to fix the grid, you'll end up scratching the sound.
