Is there a tip or a setting i must establish prior to updating either my computer or any vdj updates? Every time my computer updates or I update vdj i lose all my settings for the program and must re-establish them. It happened again just yesterday this was my computer updating this round and it resets all my vdj settings and options. Can i reload them from a previous version or anything?
I had to reset my layout,
i had to reset my controller setting and keyboard mapping- (even though those saved i had to re apply them)
i had to reset my options including ie gain remember, pitch lock etc.
its starting to get tedious. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont see how that happens..
It all saved in /documents/virtualdj/
So as long as you log in as same Windows / macOS user, the settings should be there.
After OS update, as well as software update
