What you're describing is known as a DAW (digital audio workstation) a.k.a. production software or "recording studio software".
VDJ is not a DAW, it's for DJs to play music live.
I think you'll find there's no DJ software in existence that has a four track audio editor. DAWs on the other hand, have that ability in spades.

yes I know what vdj is, this is also a Wishlist.. & would i would find a native vdj daw an advancement that would be useful ...
