When I launch Virtual DJ, pitch values for both decks automatically change, Deck 1 0.1% and Deck 2 to -12%. Its almost like there's a default setting set somewhere that I cant find.
There is no music loaded to the decks. this happens everytime I shut down and relaunch the software

Do you have a controller connected?
If so where are the pitch sliders on that. Some controllers send that information on launch and so VDJ will automatically move the onscreen faders to match any controller settings.
