Frame always dropped even if i choose the lowest video resolution n it makes the sound not good to hear..

Might not be on the best connection then.... Try use LAN and not wifi...
And make sure wife is not on Netflix etc ;-)

There has been some bandwidth throttling going on in random places across the U.S. With so many people being home, IT provider companies are struggling to keep up with demand.
