Team - after following your instructions from numerous emails, the issue of no audio to the headphones has not been resolved. This seems to be an issue other users are also experiencing. Is there a troubleshooting section I can refer to? I have also uninstalled the Virtual DJ soft ware and reinstalled and followed the instructions emailed by the tech, also with no resolution.

It happens all the time and 99% it's not vdj, first what's your controller, what does your audio config look like, have you proven your headphones with another source?
