Hi I installed the free 2020 version of virtual DJ. It connects fine to my free account.
It actually works fine but as soon as I turn on the MC6000MK2 it crashes virtual dj.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing several times and it doesn't work.
I have 30 days of free trial and tech support through chat says the Denon's will work for 30 days
but can't get it to work
I even removed all in documents/virtualdj rebooted and then re-installed.
What can I do?
It uses the wasapi drivers.

What happens if you turn on the controller first, let it finish its start up, and then start Virtual DJ?
