It seems to be a strange quirk of the Focusrite interfaces (mic on one side).
My Lexicon unit has buttons for every pair of inputs that switch between mono/stereo.

Now, a friend of me says that every microphone is in mono. How can I broadcast a radio show then ?
Thanks man!

Yes, most microphones are mono - just like our voices are mono. We have one mouth!
The issue is that the Focusrite interfaces are designed mainly for use with DAW software, which has the ability to select mono when required.

You can simply manually enter the channel number for the mic and set the same channel for both left and right.
So instead of 3/4 for example, manually enter 3/3

Thanks again man, I have a remote session with VDJ support soon.
Otherwise, I will call the company which sold me this brand new computer.
Have a nice day!

Hey Adion, I did that, but it doesn't work either, it's resetting itself automatically to channel 1 & 2. Thank you very much!

Hey folks,
Here I am again.
We've managed to set my microphone in stereo. That's no problem anymore.
My mic is set on deck six now.
But when I wanna play a track on deck 1 f.e., this is giving my track an awful reverb and delay.
When I highlight deck 6 however, the reverb and delay are gone.
How is this possible ?
Next question : how can I mute my microphone while the music is playing ?
And last question : what is the code to reduce the volume of my track with 50% when I'm speaking through the mic?
Thank you all, I appreciate your help.
Gloomy.

Why do you have to use a Deck to route Mic ?
If its for Effects, you can download the Mic FX Pads page (from VDJ Extensions tab of Settings), or use Blocks skin which has dedicated Mic FX in Outputs Block panel.
As for the Talk Over, there is a dedicated VDJ action mic_talkover that you can add to a custom button.

Hi
How do you delete a custom button?
Never mind I got it.
