In 2 deck operation song playing gets softer when another song is loaded to other deck.

Can you please post a link to a picture of your audio configuration?
It sounds like you might have both your master and headphone channels going to the same output, so when you load a deck the other deck’s PFL is turned off.

not sure if this will help, but I was going through my settings, just before I saw this message.
Go to settings windows. In the "Search" box at the top, change it to "ALL SETTINGS"
Go all the way to the bottom, then come back up about 20 lines... it will be called "SongLoadPriority" You can select "Normal" "Low" or "Idle". Maybe try changing it to "low" and see if that helps, based on the description of what it says there..
