While sitting here setting cue points the thought came up, "It would be nice if I could just copy the cue points to the clean/dirty, intro of the same song". This would really cut down on the time it takes to set cue points on the various versions of the same songs. Just a thought. Pretty sure someone else had the same idea. In the meantime, back to setting these cue points...

Yes you could do it, because the cue points are stored in the database XML file.
OK you'd have to edit the XML file, but once you've made the cue points for "version A" of a track, you could copy and paste the cue point data into the XML location of "version B" of the track. The accuracy would depend on whether the versions truly were identical (in length for example).
The same (accuracy) would be true if you could simply press a button or drag etc in VDJ itself.

Can be done semi automatic if clean is the exact same length of dirty,
clean on deck 1 dirty on deck 2, deck 1 has_cue X ? goto cue, get_time/maybe song pos, deck 2 set cue rinse repeat.

Could you do a "compare length" first, to allow/disallow the copy?

easily but wouldn't you just spot A != B before loading?
