Would it be possible to add options to the latency setting when not using Automatic
Or maybe just put examples on what to try in the help text (right now it just says "latency in samples")
Just so that people know that it's probably something like 256 or 512 or 1024 they should be trying. Not 1 or 2 or a million

Agreed. I'm sure there are other gaps on the information displayed too. Some options have no help text at all.
FYI you can add a <latency>put your text here</latency> line to the language file and it will show up in that area...
