Any help would be great. I am on Yosemite OS X and i did the update and now my VDJ is not opening. How can i go back and download the last version or firmware?

VirtualDJ is not opening regardless if your controller is connected or not ? Do you get some error/message when you try to open ?

I have the same problem. I click on the app. For vdj and it does not open. After update. Any solution

The reason - for me - is often VDJ audio config, even not used ones, crashing VDJ at start - a crash dialog sometimes open&close so fast it can't be seen
Quick solution to test : remove/rename settings.xml and start VDJ again
if VDJ starts you have to reconfigure a not crashing audio config ...
I was said Nothing was modified in audio handling, however it appears something changed somewhere that prevent VDJ to start with some audio definitions even they are not in use. Maybe only the xml reader or crash handling ... don't know
