Hi can anyone help please I was using Ddj-Rx controller with vdj pro8 and as I was playing a song one of my kids accidentally turns of the controller so I turn it back on and now vdj is saying failed to initialize device and no soundcard please can anyone help me please

Try the following:
- go into audio settings and hit apply
- restart Virtual DJ
- restart Windows (not sure about Mac OS but it can’t hurt)

Thank you sorted it now but on my ddj -rx controller I can’t use the fx1 and fx2 button they won’t turn on

Try turning on the effect by clicking on it on the screen.
