Do you see your Pioneer DDJ-SB3 in Device Manager under "sound video and game controllers" folder ?
Any yellow triangle indicating fault in detection ?
Do you see the SB3 available in Miditrace , MIDIOX or equivalent ?
Have you tried different USB Cable, different USB port ?
Have you tried to use on a different computer (if available) ?
