Hi, I've had my SB2 for a little over two years and I use virtual DJ 8. In the past with the cue button, I could hold it for as long as I want, then let go and the incoming track will stop playing. Recently I've noticed when I hold cue longer than two seconds it'll act as the play button and continue with the track one it's released. I can't find info on the internet on how to remedy this issue. Can anyone help me out?

You can change the behavior by change the options for "cueMode" - you probably have it set to emulate a CDJ.
