The wheelmode of your jogwheel has to be set on VINYL.
Then it should work normally...
Additional:
The jogSensivityScratch value inside config --> Options defines how sensitive your movement of the jog translates to the movement of the track.
If you feel like the value is too slow or too fast try to tweak it a little bit.
Start with "1.000000" and then try to change it to your needs by increasing or decreasing by 0.100000 or 0.050000 steps.
