Hi Guys,
just purchased a Pro monthly subscription but my Hardware is not working correctly.. XDJ RX.. the software says in seeing it but nothing happens..not very technical and I hate software etc.. Do you have to be online to get them both to work together.. or does a one off payment solve this?? Thanks in Advance Andy.

have you followed the steps in this manual for VDJ with the ddj-rx

also you might need to describe in more detail "Nothing Happens"
