i need some help: when i'm use the soft with my denon ...regulary if i want to shut off the gain power i must before tur it on because this button is freeze
i use a laptop on windows 10 hp 840 g3 ---19 go ram and two ssd disk

I'm not sure I understand you. What button freezes? If French is you native language, maybe you could ask here.
