I have a license for a controller, is this license bound to that specific controller (the exact physical one have here) or should that allow me to use any controller of the same model?
I have 2 of the same controller and when I use one then the software stops working after 15 minutes but the other one works perfectly every time.

If it's physically the same controller then there shouldn't be an issue. Can't see the controller licence tying in to a serial number or anything like that .....
