Ok so I’m gonna do some Karaoke tonight and I’ve signed up for the plan.
Every time I start VDJ up and download a karaoke track when VDJ analyzes the track it crashes VDJ.
This happens every time for the first 1 or 2 downloads every time never fails....
I’m supposed to be at the gig by 8 but now I’m rushing to find something else to use because VDJ can not be trusted now.
My Mac is online so can someone tell me why I’m crashing??

Well I’ll be using KaraFun tonight instead of VDJ for karaoke.
No the worst thing in the world but it just means I’ll be using 2 programs instead of 1.....
Either way I would like to know the cause of this crash since I did pay for a subscription.

Ok just finished up and I have another problem......
My cloudlists would NOT OPEN!?!?
What would cause that to happen?? It was working just fine at but at the venue it would not open and show me the cloud list I have subscribed to....
I’m going on my way home now but most definitely need some answers, lol!

Disregard the cloudlists issues as I’ve opened a separate thread for that.

I tried loading a couple of tracks on mac, but could not make it crash.
Do you remember which tracks you tried, to see if it might be track-specific?

Huey when VDJ crashed did VDJ restart? I think this is the only way they will get a crash report. If VDJ crashes and does not restart then it means VDJ did not catch the crash event and just in limbo.

Yup, it restarted every time. I must have crashed is six, seven times before I gave up on it and paid for KaraFun Karaoke then cancelled my Karaoke subscription with VDJ.

Just crashed again and the track was Paula Abdul, Straight Up.
So I can watch it download the cache file and watch it analyze the file. As soon as it’s done it’ll crash VDJ.
