The 2 times it happened, the posted trick about adjusting screen position (left / right) and apply changes worked for me

It works on my home laptop (except for the license thing - I'll try the un-register trick tomorrow on my work laptop)

I opened a ticket on Sunday at Reloop Support.
I still haven't received an answer from support. How can they sell such an unfinished product?

heavy frustration .. no solution to fix for easy problém . I send Reloop key and and they back new key , or send email to UPDD company with key . .. just unpaired old PC

What is the procedure for handling these license change requests?

Will Reloop be advising how to unregister ?

I don't really see the touch driver license issue to be a showstopper

I mean, Atomix have already promised us that a solution will be found
And until then the controller and soundcard works just fine - like any other controller you would buy and use

The screen also still works fine, but for viewing only

Provisional solution :

To unregister the TOUCH license (Not VDJ), please download the following file on your desktop.
https://cloud.reloop.com/index.php/s/UWyvPxFB5PipOhs
Unzip the downloaded package and execute (double click) the file.
Once done, a new unregister.txt will generated on the Desktop.
Please send us the txt file so we can unlock the license.

But... if you then buy a controller without a screen it will be like keeping the touch. It works fine as a regular controller +it has a view only screen. And the touch license issue is bound to be fixed at some point

If anybody is still interested in a review, I did this first impression video yesterday:

It's just me trying to show a few things
13 min of hand held mobile camera, and one-hand use.
Don't say I didn't warn you :)

New problem with UPDD ( touch base )
Change from HDD to SDD Install windows ( for clear) . Same name pc and registered UPDD .. Ola ola .. not registered .Can not .
1. How now Unregistered ? I have to go back HDD? what if it's damaged?
2. It's the same PC, so why theater?
3. How long will I have to deal with this again?

Hardware change, new HDD. Same thing happens with a lot of software.

However this touch driver registration debacle is something that Reloop should have sorted out behind the scenes and it shouldn't be affecting the end user.

Totally unprofessional.

OK Good Idea .
I came back HDD but with factory setting .. install UPDD
answer: You can not register.
it's the same pc.
on Saturday 3 times hardware aborted .. not work touch , not work MIDI .. only Sound card and Display .
And I'm still waiting for a problem with the keyboard.

I do not recommend this controller to anyone.

I gotta say, I did have my eye on this controller as a replacement for my Denon MC4000 but all these problems with a driver are ridiculous!!

How you guys who have these problems aren’t bitching at Reloop and the driver manufacturer??

You don’t really think they come here reading our forums do you??

I’m gonna have to pass on this controller until this problem is FULLY ironed out.

The whole problem is only with licence from Touch-base .

Now stay only for licence - can not be tested.

Just wondering if any one else has a better solution?
On the sampler page, (7" screen), there are only 2 rows of samples shown.
However on the PC VDJ Shows 4 rows. So the result is that any samples on the 3rd and 4th rows are not available on the touch.
As far as I can work out anyway?
Is there a way to show the 3rd and 4th rows on the touch?
Or do we need to move the samples so they are only on the 2 top rows?
This would be a bit ordinary, I think?
