Topic: Sounds Drop

i am using cdj 850 & djm 850 as my primary setup and dj 350 & numark m6 as my secondary setup , i am a professional dj hence use virtual Dj (version 8.2 ) with genuine licence to enhance my performances during my gigs. However recently i have encountered an issue in virtual DJ where one channel just immediately drops or cuts off output randomly . This is happening on both of my setups and have made me a huge loss .

I currently use a HP i5 6th Gen laptop with genuine windows 10 dedicated for my performances , please let me know a fix for this issue asap

Does the channel come back on? Have you checked the cables, USB, audio? Is the channel still playing in the interface on the screen? Which build number of version 8.2 are you using (lower left hand corner when you open configuration)?
 
yes, yes i checked its 100% working , yes interface and my cdj deck's too working , but problem is its not coming to my mixer !!! its V.8.2 b3710
