So VDJ in general uses about 20% of my CPU, however when I add tracks to an autoplay list VDJ for whatever reason feels the need to analyse every track I add regardless if it's the next track or 50th in the que... this tends to run my CPU up to 70%.
Is there any way to stop VDJ from analysing every single track or change it to analyse only the next track (like VDJ7)?

The VDJ waveforms start running really slowly

Ideally you could do with a laptop with a more powerful processor. In the meantime try setting the'songLoadPriority' to idle. The waveforms will take longer to load fully but it will be less taxing on your processor.

Or let your computer run for a night and analyze your entire library.
Especially with a slower cpu that will be beneficial that scanning doesn't have to happen while loading songs.
