How do I change the mix_now script crossfader time, so the song crossfade slower ?

I guess you don't mean automix don't use mix now, use

auto_crossfade Xms
 
I tried that but it only move the crossfader, it does not play the loaded song, mix_now does that. Thanks for trying
 
crossfader 0% ? auto_crossfade Xms & deck 2 play : auto_crossfade Xms & deck 1 play
