how do i recover sound effect that i deleted by accident

Check your trash bin and then when you find it right click and hit "restore".........

maybe he means from the sampler? iv done that
 
Difficult to know. He said "sound effect" so he could mean a sound (i.e. a sample) or an effect (i.e. a plugin).
