Three times in the past 3 days I've loaded a song and the software closes and reopens. No other changes to my laptop Windows 8. Fortunately it resumes playing music.

It just stopped working again.
 
Is it happening on loading a specific song?
 
I have just experienced this problem. I was playing a song on deck 1 and then I loaded a song onto deck 2. The waveform for the second song didn't load and then after a couple of seconds the music stopped and VDJ closed down. After a short pause it opened up again. I've not had this happen before and I am also using b3386.
 
I'm on the same version running Windows 10 and have also recently experienced this exact issue. Just logged a ticket with tech support. Does anybody have any clues. I have never experienced this issue before.
 
Same thing happened again. It's now happening regularly. I read if I'm online an error log is sent to VDJ tech support, is this correct?
 
Yes this is correct so hopefully the support guys will have the error log and rectify the problem.

No specific song. Not even specific deck? But it's a real issue.

Same issue after updating to 3390
 
Just had the same thing happen AGAIN - now on version 3398. This is becoming a worry.
Is there anyway to go back (as in a restore point)? If so, what is the most stable version of VDJ 8.2?

Thank you very much - that's a great help. Do I simply reinstall over the top of my current version?
Or reinstall and restore my settings.xml and reload my data file?
