After upgrade to the new anniversary Windows 10 version 1607 OS Build 14393.51 Virtual DJ b.3343 not working.
First error message:
And on configuration setting an error message with Pioneer DDJ Ergo-V Asio drivers appearing:
VDJ b.3343 was perfectly working with previous version of Windows 10.
Do you have any solution to resolve this issue?

Clearly the problem is with the Pioneer ASIO driver, not VDJ.
I suggest you try uninstalling the Pioneer ASIO driver, restarting your computer then reinstalling the Pioneer ASIO driver.

Also check that ERGO is not used by windows as the default playback device
