im about to switch PC's and make backup hard drives. Will all my playlists and event history transfer over as well? Thanks!

Save all VirtualDJ folders and copy them back to the same location on your new PC.
You will find VirtualDJ folders at:
.../Documents/VirtualDJ
and on every other hard drive at the root path.
I.E.
M:\VirtualDJ
