You've only recently written the same thing elsewhere - even posting a link to a site where people have got the Delta 44 working under Windows 10 (which answers your question).

I understand your confusion. I felt that under the new and specific title of Delta 44, instead of a generic title (Windows 10 yes or no), more people (and the right ones, the ones with this card) would read and answer...
As far as my question being answered is concerned, I don't agree... What I wanted was a more specific answer from someone not only using the Delta 44 with W10, but also with VDJ.

I went ahead and took the plunge and can now confirm that M-Audio Delta 44 can work with Windows 10, if the latest driver (Vista) is installed.
