I have virtual dj8 with the encore 2000. this just started, after playing for about two hours, i lose all capabilities with the deck. i can only use the laptop to make changes stratch ect. have anyone ran into this problem?

That controller is supported by Virtual DJ, however, a home user is only allowed 10 minute trial use. If you are getting 2 hours, you are doing good. You will need to purchase a controller, plus, monthly subscription, or pro license in order to use any controller.
