Hi, I paid subscription, but did not get a product key. Everything is unlocked. When I try to connect to radio server I get error message: impossible to connect. Anyone came across this.

there is no subscription at your account.
If you bought a subscription, and its not showing in your account - contact support to help you out http://virtualdj.com/contact/index.html
regarding the broadcast, if you choose "broadcast to a radio server" you need a server to broadcast to.
A broadcast server will give you server url, port and password to use.
For example a radio like http://virtualdjradio.com/
Alternatively you can run both personal broadcasts and podcasts inside VirtualDJ, but you need to choose one as broadcast mode, in VDJ broadcast settings.
The "broadcast to radio server" mode requires a bit of login info, from any such web radios for you to connect to them.

What does the error message read? Are you trying to connect to a radio server or broadcast PC to PC?
