Can someone tell me why Virtual DJ has a Key field and Harmonic. Which one is better to use?

If your memory is good enough then do what the musicians do, use the keys, and remember the relationships.
I use the harmonic relationships, and the Camelot Wheel.
Either method works, but the harmonic approach is simple, logical and easily remembered.
It sounds like you need to Google, and study the Camelot Wheel.

The reason that I am asking this question is because I own Serato as well, and I go back and forth Virtual DJ and Serato, and I notice that harmonics from Virtual Dj, are not the same from the camelot keys from Serato. So I need to know how can I can I display the keys in the same format as Serato en Virtual DJ.

You don't need to transpose. The harmonic relationships remain the same even if the codes are different. By that I mean +1, =, -1, and adjacent minor/ major plus a few more fancy rules. It does not matter if a harmonic is called 10x, or 10y or whatever, just as long as there is a sensible counting system.
Note:
The starting point for 1 is unimportant, as are the letters to signify major/minor.
Just to amuse yourself you could create a wheel which went a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h, and so on and use 1 to signify major, and 2 for minor.
A harmonic key might be d1, and related keys c1,d1,e1 and d2.
Whatever.
