Just noticed tonight after typing something in the browser search bar the option right click>cut is gone so I can't cleat the search box with my mouse.

i still have cut on windows? maybe a mac issue?
 
Windows 8.1
 
cut & copy is there.

Win 8.1 too.
 
There's a x at the right side of the search box to clear searches
