This may be a supercilious question but I am curious. How are the build numbers determined? One build is 2362 and then the next build is 2369. What happened to 64-68? Also what do the numbers mean after the dot? For example: Build 2362.1037 becomes Build 2362.1038 then Build 2369.1038. What does all of the mean?

2364-2368 are likely developer builds that they have tested and amended and possibly not fit for public use.
Nothing to worry about that these are missed.
The numbers after the dot are mainly controller and definitions which are updated silently (as explained in the link thread above)

A difference of 7 between builds - and (on the latest) 12 things fixed, changed etc.
IMO that says the number bumps up each time something is added/changed, but that may only be 1 or 2 things.
Better to release a build after a bunch of additions rather than after each tiny change.
