How long would I expect to wait for a reply when submitting a question ?

Just like all help desk, you ticket will be answered based on how many are ahead of you. There's not a specific time, and unfortunately there are not hundreds of our members manning those desk. They are working as hard as they can, so be patient. Have you asked for help on the forum, maybe someone can help you?
