I would like to thank the support team & djdad especially. I have used all the so called "competitors" products & not only are they bar-none the buggiest, crash out mid performance, imposable to navigate option laden -basic junk- Their "support" consist of maybe we will get back to you on the subject. Now compare this to a REAL SUPPORT TEAM that answered a 3:30 AM skype call just to get a controller to function (All I really needed was just a definition file & not only did that materialize in less than one hour a mapper that had all my functions I was going to program had been written as well!) One sentence "btw, apart from the obvious Sampler control, what else would you use this controller for ?" and my answer "Mostly effect control I use a dedicated Launch pad for samples" & BOOM there be complete functionality of the controller! No headaches no problems & one more than happy customer! Great work team!
