load_pulse, how long is brief? (for the sake of repeat_starts being quick enough to catch it)
repeat_start scripts, what's the quickest they can go (my tests say 33ms, but it could be my [steam aged]machine's limit)
repeat_start scripts, instinctively I dislike having them run at 33ms constantly, is this irrational? (I don't use anything constantly but would like to know if there's any problem for the work arounds I come up with for others)
